Two of your employees, James and Luke, came to my home to correct a bathroom problem. The toilet was leaking like a rather large waterfall!
While they were here I mentioned to them a problem with my shower.
They replaced the toilet fill valve and flapper, and the shower cartridge.
This was done quickly, cleanly, quietly and fixed right. The gentlemen were professional,and informed me of the price before any work was started. Should I need any plumbing in the future, I will not hesitate to call you, or recommend you to anyone!

I want to commend your two employees, Jared and PJ, who came
to our rescue late Sunday night, March 15, into Monday morning, after a desperate call to your company when our basement started to flood. They called us from the road shortly after we placed our call, arrived when they said they would, and, though they were obviously very tired from working long hours that very rainy weekend, got to work immediately without complaint to install a sump pump for us, something I had kept putting off for many years even though the house had a sump pump well when we moved in. It was not an easy job as a hole had to be drilled through a thick, pouredconcrete basement wall. They got it done before the water did much damage, and they even helped us empty some plastic bins I had filled. I have only praise for them and for your company. Thanks!

I am a manager in banking where we are focused on customer service. This is just a little note to let you know how pleased we were with the work that your men, Tim, Ross and Craig did at our school. We never had anyone do any work here that were so pleasant and patient. They had to work around the children and chaos here for days and never lost their cool.
