Christine Morse

General Manager

Christine Morse is the General Manager of Action Plumbing, where she leads operations with a hands-on, people-first approach rooted in problem-solving and team development. She began her career at Action in the call center where she quickly proved her ability to untangle complex logistics and drive meaningful change - rising through the ranks from dispatcher to supervisor, and eventually to the company’s top leadership role.

Christine’s career path is marked by adaptability and grit. Originally pursuing a degree in pre-med driven by her passion for pediatric care, she later shifted to hospitality management and developed a deep appreciation for fast-paced, service-driven environments. She spent nearly a decade at Lowe’s, where she unexpectedly found her niche in plumbing and electrical - two departments she once wanted nothing to do with - and eventually managed both.

Since joining Action Plumbing, Christine has combined her operational insight with a natural ability to mentor and lead. Whether cleaning up dispatch systems, improving team performance, or advocating for work-life balance, she is deeply committed to building an organization where people thrive, customers are valued, and chaos is turned into progress.

Zach Finley

Field & Service Manager

Zach Finley is the Field & Service Manager at Action Plumbing, where he plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the field and the office. With a passion for mentoring technicians and ensuring high-quality service delivery, Zach oversees hiring, onboarding, training coordination, and day-to-day field support. He also serves as a key customer liaison and is deeply committed to advocating for field techs and elevating team performance.

Zach’s path to the trades wasn’t traditional. After earning his bachelor’s degree in criminology while playing collegiate football, he explored careers in law enforcement, logistics, and even fitness management before finding his calling at Action Plumbing. Starting with no plumbing experience in the jetting department, Zach quickly advanced by taking initiative, embracing challenges, and mentoring others. His work ethic and commitment earned him leadership roles, culminating in his current management position.

Today, Zach leads by example - whether solving technical issues, supporting field leaders, or helping technicians grow in their careers. His focus remains on delivering consistent, high-quality work and building a team culture rooted in trust, accountability, and support.

Kevin Conroy

Warehouse & Parts Manager

Kevin Conroy is the Warehouse & Parts Manager at Action Plumbing, where he oversees daily operations that keep the company’s field teams running efficiently. From managing inventory and purchasing to supervising truck mechanics, coordinating repairs, and maintaining the facility, Kevin ensures the right parts and resources are always available when and where they’re needed. He also supports hiring and interviews for technical and office roles, contributing to a seamless and well-supported team environment.

Kevin’s career path spans science education, customer service, and operations management. Originally pursuing a career as a science teacher after earning his degree from Rowan University, Kevin eventually shifted into the trades, bringing with him a passion for teaching and problem solving. After eight years at a residential service company, he joined Action Plumbing in the call center and quickly advanced into warehouse operations. For more than eight years now, he has played a central role in optimizing logistics and supporting technicians across the company.

With a sharp eye for organization, a hands-on approach, and a calm, customer-focused demeanor, Kevin is a key behind-the-scenes contributor to Action Plumbing’s success.

Dawn Minney

Office Manager

Dawn Minney is the Office Manager at Action Plumbing where she plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations that keep the company running efficiently. From processing payroll and overseeing the call center to supporting dispatch, invoicing, and scheduling, Dawn ensures internal processes run smoothly and customer needs are met with professionalism and care. Known for her versatility and dependability, she is a key support to both the office staff and the field teams, regularly stepping in wherever needed to keep operations on track.

Dawn’s career path is rooted in her early passion for office work and accounting, which she pursued right after graduating high school in 1991. She worked her way up from front desk roles into accounting and eventually office management. After a decade managing hotel operations, she transitioned to Action Plumbing in 2020. Starting in the call center, she quickly proved her strengths and expanded her responsibilities to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, dispatch support, and eventually full office oversight.

Whether coordinating service schedules, guiding her team, or ensuring accurate payroll, Dawn brings structure, accountability, and a calm presence to every task. Her broad knowledge of Action’s systems and people makes her an invaluable go-to resource and a steady force behind the scenes.
